Pine Maps is proprietary software. By downloading, installing or using Pine Maps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

License

Pine Maps is not open-source software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from Pine Maps.

Subscription

Pine Maps offers premium features (including live traffic and cloud-synced favorites) available through a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed and managed by our payment partner. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you purchased.

Map Data

Map data is sourced from OpenStreetMap, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). Pine Maps is not affiliated with the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pine Maps makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or availability of map data, routing, traffic information or any other feature. Use at your own risk. Do not rely on Pine Maps where inaccurate information could result in injury, loss or damage.
